Our Returns policy ...

At Bambino and More we are proud of our clothes and our cribs and cots and will do our best at all times to make sure your orders are perfect. We check our clothes before they are sent to you to make sure that they are in perfect condition  Some  sale items may be shop soiled. However items such as cots and cribs that are sent direct from the manufacturer are beyond our control but if you find a fault we will do our best to help solve the problem and find a repair or replacement where possible. However many weeks can go by before replacements arrive from outside the UK.

SPECIAL ORDERS FOR COT OR DRESSES OR ANY ITEM WHATSOEVER CANNOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ..

If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 24 hours if possible, however you have 7 days to tell us a product is not suitable in the UK only. We will offer a replacement. ITEMS MUST NOT BE WORN AND STILL BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. 

SPECIAL ORDER FOR CLOTHING MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCED AND  CANNOT BE REPLACED OR RETURNED AS THEY ARE MADE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU..

Also we cannot swap clothing for slippers etc.

SALE ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED. NO REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN ANY ITEM BE RETURNED AFTER 7 DAYS AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU.

We also recommend that any hand smocked garment should not go into a hot wash nor a hot drier. Although all our items can be cold machine washed, ideally hand smocked items should be hand washed and cool dry

Returned items : Postage or shipping cannot be refunded for returned items. . If your item was sent by Special Delivery and you want an exchange your new item will be delivered by 1st class post. If you would like Special Delivery it must be repaid.

All purchases over £50 must go by Special Delivery or Courier and must be signed for

Special orders: Special orders must be paid for in advance and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstance.
